PREMIUM PLAN : Nutrition and Online Training

  • • ONE- TIME custom meal plan to get you started!

    • Similar to the “Nutrition-only” Plan, however, we do not interact as client and coach (no re-calculations, adjustments or follow-ups)

    • Perfect for you if:

    ○ You don’t want coaching, you just want a meal plan.

    ○ Aware results may plateau without assistant coaching

    ○ Want a curated meal plan according to your food preferences, allergies, macro-nutrients, and more!

  • • One custom-made meal plan: $80

    ○ Note: This plan is meant to only jump-start your fitness journey! After about two weeks you may notice a plateau in physique and weight. For this reason, I recommend the Nutrition Plan (Basic) to obtain full benefits of coaching, updates in the plan, and macro/calorie adjustments as needed!

YOUR Expectations of Me

As a client, you can expect to reach me via cell phone or email at any time! With this in mind, I will be able to respond to you within a 24-hour window. If it is urgent- don’t hesitate to reach out. We will agree upon an assigned day designated for our review of your weekly progress, thoughts, questions, you may have etc. During these weekly check-ins, I will work with you to determine if any adjustments need to be made moving onward for the upcoming week!

MY Expectations of You

Being both devoted and consistent are vital components to anyone’s body transformation- whether you are aspiring to lose or gain weight, change your physique, or gain physical strength. In the event you do not feel capable of keeping up with the pace or strategies within the program, please be open and honest with me about it!

Transparency is super important for our partnership! You aren’t just a client- we are a duo and I need to know how you are feeling and operating for me to do the best at my job for you. Providing honest feedback in your weekly check-in form is something I expect from all my clients to best stay on top of things!

Finally, and most imperatively, please remain patient. Patience with the process in general (and with yourself) is by far the most crucial element. The name of this program is called LifeStyling for that very reason- it is a lifestyle you are creating and molding into your own!

It takes time, self-discipline, and self-gratitude!
