Protein Oat Pancakes

What you’ll need…

☆ 1 oz oats

☆ 15 g chia seeds

☆ 1 tbsp Walden Farms Pancake syrup

☆ 2 oz egg whites

☆ 30-40g vanilla protein (see favorites page)

☆ 1 tsp baking powder

☆ cinnamon

☆ greek yogurt (Oikos triple zero vanilla)

☆ fresh or frozen berries

What to do:

// Place oats and chia seeds into a blender and blend to a fine flour.
// Add flour to a bowl and stir in egg whites, protein powder, baking powder, syrup, and cinnamon.
// Mix together and add water to adjust consistency until it forms into a batter.

// Place onto medium heat pan and cook on both sides to your preference.
// Add fruit, yogurt, or any other toppings of choice!
