Maple Glazed Doughnut Holes
What You’ll Need:
For the dough…
☆ 3 pitted dates
☆ 1 cup unsweetened coconut shredded
☆ 3 tablespoons of maple syrup (I used sugar free)
☆ 3 cups of almond flour (not meal)
☆ pinch of salt
For the glaze…
☆ 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
☆ 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup
Instructions:
☆ Blend all the dough ingredients together HIGH in food processor
☆ Roll into mini balls- whatever size you prefer!
☆ Place in freezer for 20 minutes (minimum)
☆ Melt coconut oil in a separate bowl and stir in maple syrup
☆ Remove balls from freezer and roll into the melted oil.
☆ Place the holes back into the freezer on a tray for an additional 5 minutes until the glaze hardens.
☆ Remove from the freezer and enjoy!
