Frozen (Greek) Yogurt
What you need
☆ 1 cup greek yogurt (I used Plan 0% fat Fage, however, I know full fat greek yogurt leads to a creamier final product!
☆ 1/4 cup cacao powder
☆ 2oz frozen banana (1 small banana frozen)
☆ Sweetener of choice (either honey, stevia, or agave)
What to do
☆ Freeze chunks of banana (takes about 1-2 hours)
☆ Place banana, yogurt, cacao, and sweetener in a food processor
☆ Blend until “soft-serve” consistency & all chunky banana bits are smoothened out
☆If you desire a “hard-serve” (as pictured), place in a freezer safe pan for another hour, remove, and scoop with an ice-cream scooper!
☆Add toppings, I used Lily’s dark chocolate chips, and enjoy!
