Creamy Cookie Dough Shake

// Cookie Dough //

Ingredients:

☆ 1/4 cup salted nut butter (I used cashew butter)

☆ 2 tbsp maple syrup

☆ 1tsp vanilla extract

☆ 1/4 cup almond flour

☆ 1 tablespoon coconut flour

☆ Lily’s dark chocolate chips

Instructions: Mix nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla together in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in the flours until a thick dough forms and then add in the chocolate chips! Roll into small balls and place in the fridge overnight or freezer until firm.

// Ice cream //

Ingredients:

☆ 1 can coconut milk

☆ 1/4 cup maple syrup

☆ 1/4 cup cashew butter

☆ 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions: Blend everything together until smooth. Pour mixture into ice tray and freeze overnight until solid. Put ice cream cubes in the blender with 2 tbsp to 1/4 cup of almond milk and blend until smooth (stop blending to scrape down sides of blender if needed). Stir in the cookie dough and enjoy!
