Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Biscuit
What you'll need...
☆ 1 oz oat flour
☆ 2oz unsweet. apple sauce
☆ 2 tbsp Walden Farms Pancake syrup
☆ 1/3 cup milk of choice
☆ 1 tsp baking powder
☆ cinnamon & granulated stevia/ sweetener
What to do:
// Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds.
// Spray an oven safe bowl with non-stick and pour in mixture.
// Bake at 400 for 30 min
// Mix cinnamon and sweetener & set aside
// Once cooked, transfer into a dish (I do this so it flattens as it cools. It also is good to remove the biscuit from the hot bowl to prevent over-cooking)
// Let cool & top with cinnamon sugar!
☆ Outside should keep its shape and firmness, like a dough, and the inside should be gooey & oozy!
