Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

What You'll Need

☆ 1 can of organic pumpkin (I got mine at Trader Joes)

☆ 1/2 cup of almond flour 

☆ 1 oz rolled oats 

☆ 2 eggs

☆ 1/4 cup cacao powder

☆ 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder 

☆ 1/4 cup skinny syrup in salted caramel (can get at Tjmax or amazon)

☆ 1/2 tsp baking powder AND soda 

☆ salt to taste

*** Lily’s dark baking chocolate chips 

☆Hand mix with a fork until well blended

☆Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350F (gooey in the middle is best, then take out of the oven and let them cool/ rest in the pan).
