It's sooo easy and even more delicious- ( seriously tastes like a crumb cake and apple cider donut had a beautiful baby). REAL donut lovers will even be addicted
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar Swerve
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
GLAZE:
1/4 cup creamy cashew butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
CINNAMON SUGAR
1/4 cup Swerve brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine all donut ingredients and mix thoroughly
Use non-stick spray to grease a donut pan and spoon the dough into molds
Bake for 10 minutes- they should rise and lightly brown around the edges
Remove and let cool for 5 minutes and then turn pan upside down to pop the donuts out
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (you can brush lightly with maple syrup to help it stick)
Combine the cashew butter and maple syrup to make the caramel maple glaze to use for dipping (or drizzle it over them if you wish!)
